Shipping policy

We ship Milrellune orders worldwide, and shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment. During busy periods, processing can take a little longer.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, and are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs checks or local delivery delays can occasionally add extra time.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. You will see free shipping at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may be subject to import duties or taxes, set by your country's customs authority. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Address details

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away. We can update the address only before the order has been dispatched.
